Planned preventative maintenance

We provide annual maintenance contracts for new and existing installations. Having your heaters maintained, minimises disruption and possible loss of production during the Autumn, Winter and Spring seasons, also minimising unexpected breakdown costs, so appliances run safely, effectively and efficiently to maximise lifespan.

Repair

Carry out repairs to all major manufacturers commercial heating systems inc gas and oil.

From small part replacement i.e. ignition probes to 3 phase motors and air distribution fans.

Fault finding

We are able to attend sites to diagnose faults and repair as necessary, with minimal disruption. We have accounts with heating manufacturers, enabling us to source parts fast and efficiently, to have your heating appliances operational again without inconvenience.

Commissioning

Offering commissioning of newly installed commercial and industrial heating equipment

Hill Heating are able to attend site to commission newly installed heating equipment to the correct standards. We can commission gas or oil fired heating appliances either installed by ourselves or other installers.

Once commissioning has taken place we can demonstrate heating equipment and associated controls to end users.

Manufacturers now specify on commissioning of heating appliances as a validation of warranty.

Once commissioning is complete we can then send commissioning reports to manufacturers to validate warranty.

Supply and installation

Hill Heating offer a Supply & Installation service. Supplying heating appliances direct from manufacturers and installing to comply with latest building and health and safety regulations. Once installation is complete commissioning is available so products are covered by manufacturers guarantee.

Supply only

We are able to offer supply only, heating products. we work with all the major manufacturers so have a large product range to offer

We offer a supply only service which includes transportation of appliance's to your preferred destination.

Free Design Service

We provide a free design service.
We will attend all premises to carry out a full site survey and assist in design, to provide cost effective energy efficient heating solutions that match your specific requirements.
